Orders & Products
All flower arrangements are subject to availability. Due to seasonal variations, flowers may be substituted with equal or higher value while maintaining the overall design and color theme. Product images are for reference only.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
Delivery
Same-day delivery is subject to order cut-off time and location. While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Free delivery applies only to selected areas.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders once prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled. As flowers are perishable, refunds are not applicable except in cases of damaged or incorrect delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Quality
We ensure fresh flowers and best quality arrangements. We are not responsible for damage caused due to improper handling after delivery.
